Yes i agree on both topics to.

I can organise personaly property maintanence, transfers and car hire for everybody on the complex.

I do that for my own properties and clients and i could save you some money and receive a good quality service.

I don`t know if its ok to advertise myself on the forum !!!

Yes, they said exactly the same to us, our communal fees only apply until April. Dont think we will be giving them anymore until we are satisfied with the complex and until we feel as though the fees are being used for the complex - We are going out there in May and i will definatley be going to see Demetra and asking why the pool bar is not open more and the issue about the pool lights not being on at night. However trivial they may seem.

Does anyone know if the barriers are down yet - and if so do we use the white card we were given to get in.
Its just ive not been there since Oct so i dont know.

We also paid our communal fee at the time of delivery but we were told the amount we were asked to pay was only valid till April?!? Was this not the case for you too?? Find that rather dubios!!!We have had one lot of tennants and the feed back was good apart form that of the gym staff. Im told they were very unhelpful and didn believe they were renting our property, eventhough id told Demetra face to face two wks prior to their stay that they would be arriving. The had to take printed conformation and then after doing that were told15 was too young they had to be 16!! Dont really rate the staff in the spa the 2 men are a bit on the creapy side i felt when i was there to be honest, just didnt exactly giving off the type of proffesional vibe youd expect.

Tell me about it, we also took delivery of our property in Aug 08 - problems started as soon as we arrived - after giving our flight details to Demetra there was no one there to meet us or give delivery of our property. The main office was closed. Luckily we knew a mortgage broker over there and she helped get in contact with somone who told us our key was in our keysafe and to let ourselves in. Finally we were in, only to find we were on temporary electric supply. All the electrics went off and we were in complete darkness for ages, so we got on the blower again to Phillip who came out and showed us where our flick switch was.

After reporting this to Demetra in the morning she claimed that she sent me an email stating that we would be on temporary supply of electric for the first week until someone came out and connected it up. Load of rubbish i didnt recieve any email.
So watch for that if you still havent taken delivery as we had a young baby with us and you could only use 1 or 2 lights in the property and hardley any sockets. You will be running in and out every 5 minutes.

There were a few more issues such as our garden table. We had 2 tables on our patio and one of them mysteriously disappeared.

Our air con unit in our 3rd floor bedroom began leaking water - we later found out that the unit wasn't the correct size for our room.
The shower on the 3rd floor was also a mess all the sealant around the shower looked as thought my 16 month old baby had smeared it on. Demetra sent someone round but we were made to feel as though we were moaning at nothing. However it was rectified to an ok standard.
The fridge that you get in the property was all scratched and dented - still hasnt been changed!!

Demetra told us we had to pay communal charges or we wouldnt get our barrier swipe card 'the barriers werent even up'
We paid but now i wish i hadnt coz we dont know where they are being used as the complex isnt even finished.

I havnt rented my house out because i dont think the staff at Demari are very helpful. If tennants had any issues and complain i dont think i like the way you are made to feel stupid - so at the moment family members just use it as i know none of us will take any crap from them.

Let me know if anyone else has had problems or similar feelings

Wondered if anyone else had considered approaching big tour operators??? Think if several people were interested the chances of it happening would be more likely what do other people think???

Also wondered if anyone else though about the idea of offering the other owners a discounted rate should they be coming over in a group and need another property for their family and friends???

Satellite
For all those not already had satellite installed and want to i was given the name of to local brittish guys who did this for only 170 euros! Demari totally rip you off!!! The satellite dish and cables are already installed so it is only a matter of tuning in the box so do not order this through Demari!!!!!

Garden
I have the number of a guy who is local and very good should anyone wish to have some work done
 it was him who put me intouch with the sky people too and both are great and very reliable

Tranfers
We reccomended our tennants use flamingo properties who from the feed back seemed to be good was 45 euro's each way. Be good to maybe collectively offer same company!?! Not sure what Demari charge??

Be good to get info on good taxi and car hire companys to recommend and see if we could get some discounted rates??? If anyone knows of any please pass this on

Though people posting individual issues is a good way to make people aware of what they might experience too.

Tiles
Cooker Surround very badly rusted within 6 months
Ketle
Door hinges rusted
Shaver Point not connected
Key fob

Took delivery in Aug 08 Demari gave us the wrong exterior tiles instead of the large exterior tiles we were supposed to get we got the interior ones, they said they would replace them but didnt make it clear this would be done at a later date and as my sister wasnt due for a few more days i didnt want to make a decision! Demetra refused to let me decide in 2/3 days time and as a result we are stuck with them! She informed me that they cost exactly the same price yet i am in the process of investigating this as im lead to believe thats incorrect! If anyone knows both prices please let me know...

Our cooker doesnt seem to have been installed correctly or has been left out in rain before fitting or something as it has lots of lumps, bumps around it the metal is totally rusted particularly on one side (where the rubber seal seems to be missing) and the all the paint on the surround is badly flaking off now too to reveal the rusty metal! Was out end of March/start of April and this still has not been repaired Demari seem to try to be getting out of this blaming it on the property not being aired from Sept to March and getting damp! However from what the maintanance guy told me no other cooker has this problem so be ware to check the seal is there on your
 cookers as this may happen to your also!

Our door hinged on the downstairs bathroom were also rusted but demari have now fixed this problem.

We had to have our kettle replaced after only being used for 4 weeks max. The next one broke after only 2 days and Demetra has now refused to give us another saying really they are gifts and not part of the included white goods! 

We had the shaver point as an extra and this doesnt work!

We requested the electrical key fob which was 300 euros approx and they want more money to weild this on to the key, which is i think an dispicable.

A wall tile was loose on our/next doors wall and Demetra refused to fix this too!
